Workflow automation for small businesses

Messy Work In. Finished Work Out.

We automate the work that eats your week: follow-ups, scheduling, invoicing and the details you type into three apps. It runs inside the tools you already use, and you make the calls.

Built inside the tools you already use

  • QuickBooks
  • Gmail
  • Outlook
  • Google Calendar
  • Jobber
  • Housecall Pro
  • Square
  • Stripe

What We Automate

  • Follow-Ups That Never Slip

Payments, quotes and paperwork, chased politely until they're done.

  • Every Request, Sorted

Texts, emails and web forms sorted by what's urgent, with a reply ready for your OK.

  • Your Apps, Kept in Step

Jobs, invoices and calendars move between your apps, so nobody types anything twice.

  • Custom Tools and Websites

A small tool for the job your apps don't cover, or a fast site that brings in work.

Watch One Job Go Through

Pick something that landed on your desk today and watch it run. The busywork happens on its own; anything that needs you waits for your OK.

  1. Comes in

    Dana Ruiz

    Text message, 7:42 am

Hi! Can someone come Thursday morning to look at the sprinklers? Zone 3 isn't coming on. Also, my last bill looked high?

  2. Read

    Customer
    Dana Ruiz, a returning customer
    Wants
    A visit on Thursday morning
    Problem
Zone 3 sprinklers aren't coming on
    Also asks
Why her last bill was higher
  3. Routed

Sent to the lanes that handle it:

    • Schedule
    • Billing
  4. Handled

    • Found an open slot: Thursday, 9:00 to 10:00 am
    • Compared her last two invoices: a valve was replaced in October
    • Drafted a reply with the time and the reason for the bill
  5. Your call

The reply is ready, and Thursday at 9:00 is on hold. Send it?

  6. Done

    Booked and answered

Dana has her Thursday visit and an answer about her bill, and the job is on the schedule with the zone 3 notes.

How it works

From First Email to a Job That Runs Itself

We start with one job and get it running before we touch the next.

Start with one job
  1. You Tell Us What Eats Your Week

One email or a short call about the job that keeps coming back and the apps you use for it.

  2. We Map It and Build It in Your Tools

You see the plan before we build: what it will do, what it won't, and what it touches. Nothing new to learn.

  3. It Runs, and You Stay in Charge

It checks with you on each step until you trust it, and we keep it up to date as your business changes.

Questions

Do I need to be technical?

No. We set everything up in the tools you already use and show you how to check on it. If you can read a text message, you can run it.

Will I have to switch apps?

No. We build around the email, calendar, accounting and job apps you already have. If one of them can't connect, we'll tell you before we start.

What does it cost?

It depends on the job. After a short conversation, we'll tell you in writing what's included and what it costs, before any work starts.

What if something goes wrong?

Anything that matters waits for your OK until you trust it, and you can see what it did and why. You decide what it may do on its own.
